Lauren is a Dallas Baptist University alum who recently returned to the Dallas area after spending several years in San Antonio. During that time, she was introduced to chiropractic care, which sparked a deep appreciation for the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support.

What began as a personal interest quickly grew into a genuine passion for holistic health and nervous system focused care. Lauren believes that when the nervous system is supported and functioning well, families can experience greater balance, resilience, and overall wellness.
