Lauren is a Dallas Baptist University alum who recently moved back to the Dallas area after spending a few years in San Antonio. She first discovered chiropractic care during a tough season of life when she was navigating anxiety. What started as a step toward feeling better quickly turned into a key part of her healing journey.

That experience opened her eyes to how powerful the body is when it’s given the right support. It sparked a real passion for holistic health and a desire to help others find the same kind of hope and healing.

Now as one of the awesome Care Advocates at Lighthouse Chiropractic, Lauren plays a big role in helping people get started on their own journey. She helps with getting nervous system scans done and making sure care plans are scheduled and ready to go. She loves connecting with families, answering questions, and walking alongside them as they take steps toward better health. Lauren has a heart for encouraging others and truly believes that when the nervous system is supported, the whole body can thrive.
